Tarawatch album: confirmed names 21.07.2006 Tarawatch

source: http://www.irishunsigned.com/fullstory.php?id=587 As reported before, Tarawatch are putting together an album of current & upcoming Irish artists to raise awareness and funds for the campaign opposing the proposed motorway through the lands at Tara, Co. Meath. Among the acts already confirmed to contribute to the album are: Kila, The Waterboys, Mic Christopher (courtesy of his estate), Paddy Casey, Larry Beau, Camille O' Sullivan, Bray Vista Social Club, Indian, Celtic Legacy, Peatbog Faeries, Sick and Indigent Song Club Fathom. The album title, 'Tara of the Kings' is based on the poem written by Pulitzer Prize winning poet Paul Muldoon, who has permitted Ronan O Snodaigh of Kila to put it to music. Cover design will be by Jim Fitzpatrick and the album is expected to be released in early autumn. More acts are to be confirmed in the coming weeks and an official album launch is anticipated.
