IU to 'act' for Napster 04.12.2003 Ron, IU ron@irishunsigned.com |
source: http://www.irishunsigned.com/fullstory.php?id=123IrishUnsigned has been in communication with Napster - the now-legitimate music download service - and we are now in the position of becoming an "aggregator" or agent. We will be looking at the possibility of creating "virtual" albums (like Internet-only compilations) of Irish music as well as supplying albums from bands. If your band are interested in being added to the Napster download service, which pays a few cents whenever your tracks are downloaded (or a few dollars for a full length album) then get in touch, send us a CD if we haven't already got one, and let us know which tracks of yours can be added to the Napster database. Any questions, get in touch. |
