A recent email I received prompted me to remind you lot that, even in the Music Industry, and even in Ireland, you have some fallback position if you get stitched up while going about your daily business. And that includes being in a band :-) If you believe someone has breached a contract, and you have some evidence of said contract and/or breach - even if it is opnly a record of payment or a few emails that illustrate the details, then you can take Legal Action. Before you run away, did you know that you can take a Small Claims Court action, usually online, for a fee of only €9? There you go, you have some comeback. Details HERE
