My sweltering new single HOT DAY will be available from internet cafes everywhere this Friday August 17th. Go directly and download 'Hot Day' from your hippest online store. It is after all summer, and if you live anywhere in northern Europe, I'm sure you're aware we all need one. For extra karma, 'We're Smiling' will also be available to purchase digitally from Friday (or thereabouts). Anyone who's lost their copy of the album, hasn't bought it yet or feels guilty about burning an illegal one, can go to itunes and make good from the relative dryness and shelter of their own home. Internet shopping aside, I'll be teaming up with Katell Keineg (who's brill) for a five date tour around Ireland in September. We're going to bring heavy amps, loaded pipes and rattle snakes so if you're afraid of the dark, make sure and bring a friend.
