Jaded Sun go from strength to strength. Their single "Raw" broke all sorts of download records, staying in CPU.ie download charts for almost 30 weeks. The "Falling on the Fears" EP, released in December, was heavily tipped by RTE's Larry Gogan. The band have been asked to write the theme song for the Hollywood remake of cult snowboarding movie "Apocolypse Snow". Chris OBrien, one of Ireland's foremost producers (Aslan, Hot House Flowers, Adam Clayton, Boomtown Rats) described Jaded Sun's lead singer as "arguably one of the best lead vocalists that he had ever worked with or ever seen". Most recently, Jaded Sun, with the support of IrishUnsigned, managed to secure a support slot with Bon Jovi and Nickelback at Croke Park. They are generating interest from the US and UK and are being courted to tour Europe and Japan. www.jaded-sun.com

The Chakras are currently in the middle of the release of their second single "Dark Days". Following on from the chart success of the poppy, but lyrically dark, "Raincloud" - produced by Leo Pearson (U2, christy Moore) - the current single has been playlisted on Radio all over the country. Their gigs are energetic, lively and their material fits neatly into it's genre. With video producer Scott Altman (www.scottaltman.com) the band are busy creating the complete package - audio and video - and are unashamedly targetting the Fat Cats so they can get their music out to a wider audience, preferably a Worldwide-r audience. www.thechakras.net

Home Star Runner are a four piece pop punk band from Ireland. They have been together for over two years now and have made a name for themselves in the Irish music scene with their energetic live performances and their independent release "Close To Home" , the bands debut EP with acclaimed producer Neal Calderwood. Recently Home Star Runner played one of Irelands most prestigious venues, The Cork Opera House and came 3rd in the Coca Cola All Ireland Blast Beat Battle Of The Bands.

Ann Scott was nominated in the best female category for the 2005 Irish Meteor Awards, Ann Scott has developed a reputation as an intense performer and firebrand songwriter. Her debut album Poor Horse was voted into the Hotpress musicians' poll of Ireland's Top 100 albums ever, with The Irish Times describing it thus; 'Disarmingly louche and strangely compelling, Scott's debut sidles up to the listener like a rebel with a cause'. Ann's eagerly anticipated second album will be called “We're Smiling” and is scheduled for released in September 2006. For full live dates see www.annscott.net

Outersounds (www.outersounds.ie) is Ireland's first and only chart-eligible download service specifically targetted to developing grass-roots Irish Artists and is highly recommended by IrishUnsigned.
