Dublin based trio The Guggenheim Grotto have signed a worldwide recording contract (exclusive of Ireland) with US based label UFO (United For Opportunity). Their excellent Debut Album ‘…Waltzing Alone’ is scheduled to be released through UFO on September 12th 2006 in the US and Canada, followed closely by Europe, Australia and the Far East. The band has also simultaneously signed a deal with international booking agency Fleming & Associates (best known for their work with Ani di Franco) who will be representing them in North America, Asia and Australia. Some Irish gigs are planned over the coming weeks which will be the band's last Irish outing before they embark on a multi-city tour of the US and Canada during October and November to promote the release of their album.
