Sutras play with two other Irish bands, The Real and The Things in Guillivers, Oldham Street, Manchester on Sunday September 14th 2003. 'Since 1992, ITC-UNSIGNED has become THE most important and successful NEW MUSIC SHOWCASE EVENT each year. With specialised sections for Hip Hop, Urban, R&B, Pop,Metal, Acoustic, Alternative & Electronica - it is a unique opportunity for bands/artists to showcase in front of cheque-waving A&R and serious industry players who attend the daytime convention. Thousands of demos are submitted to the ITC office each year by bands & artists who want to take part. The ITC A&R team select the best of these demos and invite the bands/artists to play a showcase gig at venues in and around the host city during the 5 days and 5 nights that is IN THE CITY. "We saw them years ago in this little pub....." A significant stepping-stone in the careers of Coldplay, TheDarkness, jj72, Muse, Idlewild, Catatonia, Oasis, Terris, Haven, Placebo, Stereophonics, Alfie, Elastica.
