16.07.2005: Small but massive:Ron, IU

Starting to generate a real reputation for itself as the weekend festival for up-and-coming bands to be seen at (a Northern Ireland mini Bud-rising of sorts), Glasgowbury - or "G5: Small but massive" as it is known this year - gets going again on the weekend of June 22, 23 and 24 at The Cellar Bar, Draperstown, N.I.

This year's event is an indoor 3-day gig, showcasing much of the best talent both North and South of the border. Like last year's G4 event, there are expected to be the usual media and Industry heads there, and it is expected that, like some previous attendees, some of the Acts will go onto bigger and better things. For just one example, The Answer, from last year's show, went on to support The Darkness in N.I and the UK.

Set in Draperstown, the Cellar Bar will play host to this year's gigs (indoors, but probably only for this year) so get along and see what's out there in the grass-roots music scene, North and South

The 'G Festivals' are joint co-ordinated by Easy Duplication in Maguiresbridge (CD and DVD duplication, including short-run). If you require further information or media passes etc, please contact Jody at info@easyduplication.com or go to www.smallbutmassive.com
