Cobblestone June 19th Roisin Dubh June 10th Hey folks I'll be playing a headline show on Thursday June 19th in the Cobblestone, in Smithfield in Dublin. The gig will acoustic with some traditional folk instruments like bazoukis and guitars and maybe some foreign sounding bells and drones. I'll be playing some new songs and some really old songs and playing with some surprise friends. We'll be in the back venue in the pub. Cobblestone is really easy to get to - you can walk from town if the weather is nice or take the luas which stops practically on the doorstep.. It doesn't mean that you can't go for a drink in Whelans or elsewhere afterwards if that's what you're used to doing after Ann Scott gigs.... although the cobblestone do great pints of Guinness which give you rosy cheeks.... Also on June 10th I'll be playing a double bill with Miriam Ingram in the Rosisin Dubh in Galway and i know for a fact that she drinks Guinness Miriam is bringing a very swanky band and all going well I will have made some new swanky friends by stagetime.
