'The best debut album I've ever heard'
(Nicky Horne on Planet Rock)

'Gypsy Trip' is the stunning debut album from Irish classic hard rock band Jaded Sun. This sleazy blues drenched album is due for release on 28th March on SiAn Records.

Recorded in LA's The Mousehouse Studios under the supervision of rock producer Richie Mouser (Weezer, Tears For Fears, Dream Theatre), co-production in the hands of Jimmy Coup (former guitarist with Andrew WK) and mastered by Robert Vosgien (Lenny Kravitz, Bush, Goo Goo Dolls etc...) in Capitol Records CA.

Jaded Sun formed late 2003 and have spent the last 4 year honing their sound and songs playing live in pubs and clubs all round Ireland. In that time they have released 2 EPs 'RAW' & 'Falling On The Fears' and played some high profile gigs which include headlining an open air festival in Zagreb, Croatia and opening for Bon Jovi in Croke Park.

Producer Richie Mouser states 'We wanted to produce a rock album that feels fresh and exciting without loosing the band's distinct classic rock sound.' adding, 'What we've achieved is a very mature debut album'. He's not wrong. 'Gypsy Trip' is a thunderous, powerful, guitar driven, bluesy hard rock album which bounds from the speakers with all the exuberance of a 7 week old bull terrier puppy.

SWANNEE RIVER www.bebo.com/swanneeriver
On Stage @ 8.30 pm

Swannee River is a powerful blend of soul, blues and rock and roll.

Hailing from the city of Derry, they began in September 2004.  The rise to prominence in Irish Music Scene was nothing short of exceptional, and extremely fast, winning the North West final of The Global Battle of The Bands within a matter of weeks of their existence and then going on to the All Ireland final to come 6th out of 300 bands.  After this early success in 2004, 2005 saw them launching into an incredible gigging agenda in their hometown of Derry and later in Belfast and throughout of Ireland, increasing their fanbase and making their mark amongst the Original Music Scene.

MARK HOGAN (Full Band) www.myspace.com/hoganmark
On Stage @ 7.50 pm

With his recent Top40 single "Miss You" still being playlisted on national radio stations Mark Hogan and his band have been building up an army of fans, not least due to their energetic live shows. Along with his two previously acclaimed singles "Here I Go Again" and "I'm Gonna!", both voted as Song Of The Week on TodayFM's breakfast show they appear to have planted their foot firmly in the door and are here to stay.
