B & The Honeyboys are a bluesy, funky, R&B outfit formed in early 2006 by Kieran McEvoy (aka K.J. Mac) and Aileen Mythen (B). K.J. Mac hails from Dublin and has lived and worked as a musician for 8 years in New York City, where he played lead guitar, sang and contributed songwriting to bands such as the Sony signed roots act, 'Naked Grape', Indie Folk rocker, Melissa Sheehan and Electra Records glam rockers, 'Smashed Gladys' among others. He has also worked with Chiara Browne, Eleanor McEVoy and Luan Parle to name a few. He has a ‘kick ass full-on electric guitar style for which the word gritty might have been specially coined.’ (Jackie Hayden – Hot Press) Wexford born B She has been performing on stage in one way or another from the age of six and is a graduate of Dublin’s prestigious Gaiety School of Acting.
