In response to overwhelming demand for their music the Kerbs have put together a live 6 track CD for general release.

Recorded in the luxurious and pleasant surroundings of Poppyhill Studios in Blessington, the Kerbs played eight live tracks, including the crowd favourites ‘Too near the end’ and ‘Feelin’ like obligin’.

The CD also features two new tracks which were aired for the first time in the Sugar Club in September.

Right now, the band are happily ensconced in their home studio remixing the recordings for general release. A CD will be made available to everyone on the band’s mailing list and all tracks will be available for download for a limited time on the band’s website (www.thekerbs.com).

This funky collective hit the streets in 2002 with a series of searing gigs around Ireland. The band launched their Figurine EP in December and then spent a number of months writing and experimenting.

Having played numerous venues throughout the summer the band played their biggest gig this year at a packed Sugar Club on Leeson Street in September. The response to the Sugar Club performance was incredible and the band recently featured in HotPress magazine.
