20.03.2007: Music sought for short film.:Kevin

This is re-posted from emails I have received at irishUnsigned. If you have music that might suit, please contact the email address below

I came across your site while looking for new music talent that might
want to feature on my short film which is due for festival release soon.
I don't know if you'll be able to help me or not but anyway.
I have all but one track covered for my 15 minute short but can't seem
to find the right track to suit for a sad part of the film, the song I'm
looking for would be something similar to Damien Rice's Delicate or Mick
Flannery's Take me with you then.

This part of the film is about sadness, departing, death and the song
should be alone those lines also.

If you could point my ears towards something that might suit that would
be great, if not no harm.

Whats happening in the film is that this guy is standing on a cliff after
finding his girlfriend in bed with his best mate, he then imagines jumping
off and dying and then the reaction of friends and loved ones as they
grieve about him. (He doesn't jump in the end)

It's really something to add to the sad tone, singer songwriter type
thing. I had hoped to use the chorus of the fore mentioned Mick Flannerys "Take
me with you then" but he has signed up with EMI so that but an end to any
hope of that.

Oh and everything would be credited and above board, though no monies can
be offered unfortunately.
