Remember "Dove"? They had a major hit with a remake of Crowded House's "Don't Dream It's Over" before getting tied up with ZTT records in the UK. Previously, they had 4 Irish hit singles. Anyway, the ZTT experience eventually split them up. Hazel Kaneswaran, singer with "Dove", is about to release her first solo single 'Heartbreak Valley' on October 3rd. There are plans to release an Album in the future. Hazel's vocal power - she was described recently on TV as a 'Diva' - is the focus of the new sound that she is focussing on. It's a long way from "Dove", via ZTT and PopStars to a solo career, but Hazel is determined to achieve longevity in the business.
