CPU proudly presents a Malicious Damage Records night, which will feature The Orb(Dj set), Transmission, Transit Kings, Belka & Strelka and Dublins own Analogue Mindfield

This will be Transmissions first ever live show and promises to be a great performance as the band members include Simon Tong (The Gorillaz, The Verve, Blur), Youth (Killing Joke, producer Primal Scream/Paul
McCartney) and Tim Bran (Subsonar, Dreadzone).

Take a mix of the founding members of Ambient House (Alex Paterson - The Orb, Jimmy Cauty - The KLF, Guy Pratt - Pink Floyd, Dom Beken - The Orb) whose revolutionary music changed the lives of a generation, put them together with A-list musicians and programmers and throw in a pinch of comedy for good measure and what do you get? - Transit Kings

Described by Cheshire Cat of Leftfield as “… a heavyweight mix of reggae, old school dub with vibrant brass driven trip skank… like a mouthfull of liquorice allsorts” Analogue Mindfield blend elements of Trip-Hop, Reggae, Drum and Bass and Ambient. Currently Analogue Mindfield are collaborating with Eric Rico (producer/ Jurassic 5, Pharcyde, Tupac Shakur Tribute album), Tim Bran (Subsonar, Dreadzone, Transmission), Belka & Streilka (The Orb, The Transit Kings), Dr Das (Asian Dub Foundation) and John ‘Rabbit’ Bundrick (The Who, Bob Marley) for their second album to be released later this year on Malicious Damage.
