Time for another look at the visitors who pop along to see what's happening on IrishUnsigned.com

In the last month or two, our visitor numbers have doubled, mostly due to our recent campaign to promote the development of new Irish music by funding the downloads of their music. The month of May, as reported previously, saw our first ever 2,000+ unique visitors and first ever 10,000+ page-views in a month

In fact, since last year, the increase has been staggering. July has already seen a 700% increase on page-views from last August. What's more satisfying is that visitors, on average, are spending longer and longer on the site, viewing more and more pages. A year ago, the vast majority of visitors (4 out of 5) only looked at one page, usually an Artist's page or the News page. Now, there are an average of between 4 and 5 page-views per visitor. Even in the last few weeks, since we started our music-promotional campaign, page-views have increased by 42%, 46% and 30% per week.

Not surprisingly, the huge majority of our visitors are based in Ireland, the UK or Europe. Just over 80% of visitors are from these areas, with about 9 - 10% spread accross America and the remainder East of Europe. One or two (well, about 1%) are down at the bottom of the world.
