Tarawatch are also putting together an album of current & upcoming Irish artists to raise awareness for their campaign opposing the proposed motorway through the lands at Tara, Co. Meath. The album sales will go towards raising funds for the campaign. Among the acts already confirmed are Paddy Casey, Kila, Camille O'Sullivan, the late Mic Christopher, Larry Beau, Bray Vista Social Club, Peatbog Faeries, Sick and Indigent Song Club and Fathom. It is hoped that some of the artists will attend Thursday's protest. The album will be entitled 'Tara of the Kings', based on the poem written by Pulitzer Prize winning poet Paul Muldoon, who has permitted Ronan O Snodaigh of Kíla to put it to music. Cover design will be by Jim Fitzpatrick, who is famous for designing album covers for Thin Lizzy and Sinead O'Connor. The album is expected to be released in early autumn. More acts are to be confirmed in the coming weeks. Ronan O Snodaigh of Kila will begin recording 'Tara of the Kings' on Monday (July 10th), in Virtu Studios Dublin, with Engineer Dave Slevin. Dave is finishing a recording session with Finbar Furey, and it is hoped Finbar will donate a song to the album
