Name: David Hope D.O.B: 16/07/80 Hi my name is Dave Hope. I hail from Shannon Co. Clare and I've been writing and performing for nearly ten years now. I have been interested in performing from an early age. When I was fifteen I got my first guitar and immediately started writing songs. After secondary school and uni I started giging regularly both on my own and with the rock outfit 'Incognito'. I use these gigs to test my original material on the public.My musical interests range from rock to folk and blues, my favourite artists include Bob Dylan, Tom Waits and Paul Simon, these influences can be heard in my material. My aspirations are to be a good singer/songwriter and ultimately to be able to make a successful career out of doing what I love best.
