Described by Hotpress as a 'folkier tighter Sonic Youth', Dali combine a sound-scape of gritty, melodic, soulful indie rock with a 'voice of remarkable sweetness'. Hailing from Thomastown the four piece love to play live and have been enjoying the progress their making. Having launched their debut EP '27' last summer, Dali successfully secured a slot at the Hard Working Class Heroes festival '07, widely regarded the most telling barometer of the nations up and coming talent. This proved a great opportunity for the band to raise their profile and make some new fans. Encouraged by reactions, Dali swiftly returned to the studio again with U2 and Elvis Costello collaborator, producer Leo Pearson, where they put down another four tracks.
