| Having just recorded and produced their self-financed, debut album "Humm... This" with veteran engineer Paul Thomas (U2, Thin Lizzy), Skandas are now ready to endear themselves to the music loving public. Hotpress has labelled the as true contenders, describing the record as "an impressive body of work". Mixing influences from the 60's and 70's with contemporay sounds, this Dublin five are quickly becoming a big name with a fan base to match. Line up introduces Wayne Harmon (vocals), David MCKeever (guitar), Pete Murray (drums), Eamon martin (bass), and Frank Bruke (keyboards). Skandas have been on the road since 2002 and have built up a reputation of outstanding live performances. The album has been playlisted by the college radio stations in Cork (CCR FM), Galway (Flirt FM), and Limerick (Wired FM) also picking up airplay in France and generating interest from a German publishing company.
